February 2012  -  Riding for the Disabled in Port Pirie, 
York Peninsula, South Australia

Whilst in Australia on holiday, I was fortunate to visit this new RDA for the region, which has been set up by Anne and Bill (pictured).

They have been working very hard over the past few years to set up this facility and after much hard work, now have an arena, yards, fencing and a clubhouse with a large viewing verandah.

They have 4 suitable horses but were in need of a saddle for their littlest pony 'Piper'.

I was really thrilled to be able to donate this little Cowboy Pony Pad to them and I wish them the best of luck for the future with their RDA facility.

Harcourt Park Grail of Chivalry 2015 is now over and what a great weekend it was. Held every 2 years in Upper Hutt.

We all had so much fun at The Grail of Chivalry Jousting Festival - Harcourt Park, Upper Hutt, Wellington. Featuring International, Australian and NZ competitors.
Two days of thrills, spills and medieval fun. Up close activities in the medieval village.
Heaps of fun stuff for kids to do and see. Sword fighting, archery and displays.
